Adhd burnout

Does anyone have any experiences to share as to how you’ve overcome this. I’ve been in and out before. I gotta get out of it again.

I've taken 3 medical leaves from my job over the years to reset. I did intensive internal work then, which really helped to figure out what my personal priorities are (instead of other people's). I also do strength training specifically to support my brain health. Bodyweight training is probably easiest to start. Good luck!
