I think my longest sentence was like seven lines. Talk about a train of thought that doesn’t have a caboose. Lol

One the things I do to avoid doing this, is asking chatGBT if they think I need more commas or dots in my paragraph. Usually it even edits the text in a better way, and if don’t like it at the end ask it to keep your writing style

All the things! I know they’ve all been mentioned (my favorite being parentheses), commas, semi-colons (are people with ADHD the only ones who use them correctly? 😆), and plenty of conjunctions because I also love run-on sentences. 😂

My whole life is nothing BUT one long run on sentence! And by that I mean, when I talk, when I write, when I text Oh, especially when I text When should I end a sentence? When should I use a comma? When should I use a semicolon? I can never figure out all those perfect little details.

I always read after sending. Then I send edits. Sometimes I have to then send edits or explanations for my edits. It’s ridiculous. I’m in my 40s and I still struggle with that. I guess it’s not something I’m gonna “grow out of” now. It’s just part of my charm. Hahaha!!!

Omg! Good on you for reading it before sending! I’m a one and done! I write like I’m speaking. So I do not often read what I’ve written because that’s too weird or foreign of a concept for me. I mean I don’t listen to what I’ve said. I can’t edit what I’ve said, though I WISH I could. I’m a HUGE lover of exclamation marks too! I think because of that whole writing like I’m speaking. So it’s like that extra emphasis for me. I SHOULD (see caps for emphasis for me) beginning editing what I send. But, not today.

Yeah, I think I overuse semi-colons, parentheses, AND commas. I've learnt over the years, to write something, read it through (finding the important part), and then removing like 80%, before sending an email or similar. Otherwise I don't get my point across.

Omg so im not the only one 😂 I always add commas to everything or I put things in (parentheses) to explain something else in the middle of a sentence 🤦🏻‍♀️
