Am I the only one who see and use this app as a healthy cope?😅

The community features here are a good alternative to those “time-sucking” apps. Of course, if you use this app the wrong way, it can still become a time-waster, but overall, it feels less harmful and more manageable. It’s actually constructive because there’s no algorithm trying to keep you hooked and distracted all the time. And the overarching goal here is always to be productive in a healthy way. (I should add: I’ve deleted the other apps on my phone, even YouTube.) How is it for you with the three “time-reaper” apps shown?

Am I the only one who see and use this app as a healthy cope?😅

Le "mietitrici di tempo" le ho eliminate tempo fa e sono passata a YouTube music perché non riesco a vivere senza musica. Quest'applicazione è una coperta calda nei giorni freddi ❤

Yes, of course, music is life hhaha. Quitting that too would be unnecessarily radical. Without added value. YouTube actually used to be one of the “good” apps for me, but the algorithm is too evil maan. I started binge-watching and doomscrolling there as well. You know how our brains are masters at finding some substitutes. I quit Instagram, then shifted the same unhealthy behavior to YouTube. I quit YouTube, then started joining random WhatsApp channels… and now I’m here hahah, hopefully the final destination. So it’s good that you found a way to "separate" YouTube applications and only use the positive, harmless parts of it 👍 I also still use Spotify.
