Also I’ve heard that it is helpful to get sunlight first thing in the morning for 2mins (120 seconds) and that it will show effect the next night/morning. So try to do it every morning to readjust your circadian rhythm

Start with little things, like setting the morning alarm at 9 am (even if you won't wake up at 9 in the first week lol), and add a morning routine like drinking a glass of water or taking vitamins and washing your face; if you get used to it add another thing and slowly build healthy habits in everyday life :) it sounds silly but works for me

I agree! Start with one think you do every day. Just do that one thing. After a few weeks add one other thing. The slower you go the more sustainable it will be! My one non-negotiable is to wake up and immediately have a big glass of water with minerals and lemon juice. It's tempting to jump in and try and do it all, but that is just setting yourself up for failure :)
