Routine
Is it just me or not? When my regular routine gets interrupted, it's almost as though I can not function at all, despite my best efforts and all the lists in the world. How does everyone deal with this, that is if it happens to them as well.

Try and figure out what part of your routine gets interrupted and if it's the same part most of the time. That's step one. Than create a sort of routine B and don't include that part.

I still haven't built a solid routine.
