Divergent love

My wife and I are polar opposites. We do tend to find common ground but it’s not easy. This year we’ve been married for 30 years. We were friends before we married and had kids after being married for about 9 years. She’s pretty patient with me and my half finished projects. She had some health issues recently (Vestibular Migraines) for about the last three years which she’s finally coming out of. But it’s left her to deal with mental issues similar to PTSD and ADHD. Having gone through that we’re both like “it is what it is” and just try to deal things that come up each day. But she still rolls her eyes when she points to my half finished project and me looking the other way🙂.

I think its very possible! You just need to find A person WHO is good with comunication and is patient and understanding with your emotions and needs.

For me it is a similar person like AnnHelen just described..although he can be so focusses sometimes that he wobdered recentöy if he actually might be somewhere on the spectrum too- maybe the calm type if it should be ADHD related

Don’t know any resources, but I found my opposite person. We have the same interests, but he is very calm and understanding. My ex has adhd and we were a terrible match.
