Clueless 20-year-old seeks support

Hi. I'm new here. I've been struggling with task initiation and chores for my whole life, and now that I'm living on my own and my mom passed away, it's worse than ever. My dad sent me the link to this app to see if it could help. I've never used anything like this before and I'm scared I'm gonna screw up somehow. Here's hoping I don't I guess?
