Im in shock.
I updated my Numo and they whole structure is changed š I canāt find my squad, and I am sad to say that I think my squad doesnāt exist at all anymore. I feel like there should be more explanations done before doing such a big changeā¦ now I have to actively choose the team I want to belong toā¦? But what if being put in a group automatically was good for you because you could feel like you belong -without having to actively search for connectionā¦and feel pressured to interactā¦. Why couldnāt both co-exist? As an adhdr Iām not always able to socialise, because of burn out etc, but I still want to belongā¦ and maybe sometimes I will want to actively connect with others. I donāt want an app, that is supposed to help me give structure in life, to be this unpredictableā¦.
