Novelty 🦋🌻🤷‍♀️🌞

Anyone else have trouble using up products? For example: I love rooibos tea. I bought a packet from Aldi recently, got roughly half way through the tea bags - But then I discovered yesterday that my local shops has restocked my FAVOURITE brand.. But now I am in a yucky uncomfortable position. I know that it would be sensible/rational/frugal of me to finish the 'old' rooibos tea bags first.. But I don't want to because the shiny yummiest ones are there. Why would I subject myself to the non-superior tea. I get into these huge philosophical panicks while the kettle is boiling.. what is right/what is wrong/am I making this a big deal/is this adhd or is it something else/is this some weird form of perfectionism I have never heard of before.. So many ADHD things appear as spoiled but its actually a big problem and really anxiety inducing. I hope someone can understand :(

Yes to this for literally all consumable personal care products. I either get tired of it and replace with something new, or I lose it before I finish it. I actually used up a container of face moisturizer recently and the feeling was…foreign? Can’t remember the last time I finished using something

Ha!! I know exactly what you mean. If I finish it I know it is now safe to buy multiples on sale. ... which I do for everything else in a panick if I think I like something and it will run out of stock. Before actually test running it for long enough at all.

Yes. It’s frustrating and I feel like I’m wasting my money and time looking for other ones.

But you never knooow what's around the corner...! Like if I'm shopping online, I MUST go 'view all items' because what if I miss the perfect thing? **3hours later*..
