Does anyone have any gym tips?
I liked going to the gym a lot 'cause I had a gym buddy and we had a lot of fun, also when I started seeing the first results I was hooked. The friend moved and I haven't gone for a few months, I recently joined again.. but I'm not going as I should. i know i have to go cause it gives me a great mood boost (i really need it) and then i looked so much better. Yet almost every day I keep putting it off until the day is done and it depresses me even more. How do I make the thought of going to the gym easier?
