“When I feel like it” is not a time

I work three jobs, so my energy levels and mood fluctuate depending on if I did a double that day, how much I remembered to eat, if I worked out…I try to split things up over the week, but I often just get shit done in a spurt, when I have energy. But I’ve also noticed I procrastinate on tasks that give me anxiety (hello, reading mail and seeing how many late fees I racked up…), which led me to start doing things “when I feel like it.” Even if they were on my to-do list—“nah, it’ll be tomorrow.” So, I decided I need a legit time, like I can put in a calendar, and then things “should” happen. It usually works, unless I’m flat out exhausted.
