Covid made it worse?

I absolutely got worse with covid, it helped my work at home struggle for a moment but mentally it definitely got worse because i just loved being home that much more but my s/o hates staying in so it was tough on our relationship :( and his mental health got much worse too but i think we are slowly pulling ourselves back up to a healthier place.

my life fr went downhill from there i moved schools and lost a lot of people

i lost all my friends and now i forgot how to be normal and make friends - hard to explain but i feel like i'm playing catch up and i'm losing

Yes… weird brain fog since getting covid and feel claustrophobic inside the house since going through strict lockdown in my country.

Covid made me a hermit. It takes so much energy out of me to try to go out and do things, but once I get outside into the sunshine (from inside an air conditioned vehicle, the feels like temp is like 112° in Texas!!) I feel better, I get a little energized. What made it even worse was getting covid itself. I didn't get it until AFTER the vaccines and we weren't on lockdown, I got it last summer!! I was down for about 3 months and have never fully regained my energy levels pre-covid.

I’ve become a practical hermit ever since 2020. I don’t like to go out anywhere in what is my home town because of an abusive ex and his flying monkeys. If my passport hadnt also ran out at the very same time lockdowns started, then I might have traveled abroad a bit more often over last year or so of freedoms being restored to do so.

yes!! It took me 6 months both times I got covid to recover
