How do I highlight beginning of each word?

It was advertised that I could highlight the beginning of each word, so I could read faster and concentrate, and I cannot find where to do that

Letters top right, click NeuroReading, in the lesson I think it was on the left. You could also select the speed of the voice, I know I like it faster.
