I will set my alarm and have my meds on the nightstand next to me! I take them and have an alarm set for 15 min later so that my meds will start to kick in. This helps me get that motivation to get up.

Having just one alarm helped me. I realized having a back up, and a back up for a back up created a sense that each one was less serious than the one before it. Putting my alarm away from my bed was a good one. And finally, getting a sunrise alarm clock helped me ease into waking up, not to mention the fact that it mimics natural sunlight created a biological response. I go thrifting and always stumble upon one. Hope this helps!

Put your phone on top of a rumba and set it to take off 5 minutes before. You’ll have to chase it 😂

I tried all kinds of things in the past, but to be honest, once I started my ADHD medicine, now I wake up with one alarm and sometimes just my Apple Watch vibration alarm 🙌🏼🎉 Also, I do have to make sure I’m in bed on time and get enough sleep or it’s still a challenge for me to get up at first 🙃

Put your alarm in another room. when you have to get up to turn it off it may do the trick.

I sleep so hard and also struggle with the alarm situation. I don’t even hear ANY of them !!

I’ve had this problem before, then found out I had a B1 (thiamin) deficiency. if you’re also sleeping a lot a lot maybe check with your doctor to see if you have an endocrine or thyroid problem?

Try setting it out of reach. Once you’re up to turn it off, do not lay back down. Make your bed. Try giving yourself something in your morning routine that you can look forward to.

For that problem I use an application: I Can't Wake Up. It has some tasks that U choose one or a couple them. And when the alarm turn on U have to do the tasks to turn off 😅. The most useful task for me is "barcode". I put a barcode to my bathroom and my alarm does not turn off without scanning it 😅. After turning it off, I wash my face bcs I am in the bathroom. In that way the day starts 😊.
