I’ve been there!!

Try to breath and take control, don't get stuck by not being able to do the task in front of you, ask yourself questions that help you open up to other possibilities, what else can you do? Enjoy reading and learning about your work, imagine ways to improve processes, how would you make it simple and enjoyable? I find it helpful to break down the work into small actions and find ways to make them fun.

Oh shit. Keep a pencil in your hand. Lol
