Give yourself baby rewards! Haha I have better focus and motivation if I have some kind of a “treat” involved. For me, as beverage goblin, I love ice coffees or smoothies so I’ll make them ahead of time to enjoy while doing the tasks:)

Welcome !! I would say try to break the tasks down and take it little by little. For example instead of do laundry I'd be put clothes in washer, switch clothes, fold clothes, put away clothes. That helps me a lot cause I tend to get overwhelmed with even small tasks. Also sometimes I'll just fold clothes and leave it on the floor until I have enough energy to put them away. That way next time It'll be a 5 min task. Also rewarding yourself !! Like "ill buy that thing I really want if I sign up for classes" or "ill get some really good food if I do my skin care routine" stuff like that :) You got this!! Don't forget you have the power to take control of thoughts that are making you have a hard time. I just talk to myself like I'm trying to motivate a 5 year old. I'm not even kidding it works.

Yeah I understand that. You kinda have to get creative with rewards sometimes like giving yourself some time to do fun activities. Like for me it's taking 30 mins to do some drawings or a random craft (also tv/ any entertainment is a good reward but I'll get stuck there sometimes and not do anything else the rest of the day. So take into account if that happens to you and plan to do that at the end of the night to finish off the day) I totally get the no work to eat hahah. Sometimes even deciding what texture and flavors to eat is so draining. That's smart to split or share tasks between you and your partner and kind of reward each other ! I'm glad I could help :))

Ah wow that helps a lot! The reward thing definitely helps but I've been struggling with what to reward myself lol. We don't have any yummy food or extra $$ rlly. But my bf said he'd make me some food when I do the dishes so the enticing part is *no work* to eat lol! Thank you for your tips ✨
